These are a few of the projects I would like to highlight.
I've worked with Simon on a project at Centric. Simon surprised me by his incredible broad knowledge of the .NET Framework and C # in particular. He was able to understand complex project very quick. In short, a very pleasant colleague with whom I would like to work together again in the future!
Simon has been added during the development process of the project. In this period I got to know him as a motivated and committed colleague. Due to his extensive knowledge of the .Net framework and experience, he was almost immediately employable and a true addition to the team.
We have hired Simon several times to support our projects. Many freelancers do need some time to get started, but Simon really struck me how fast he can dive anywhere. He is intelligent and has a large amount of technical skills, so you can trust in him on complex challenges. But for the small 'scut' he will not run away;-) He is easy going and you can laugh with him. Overall, a great fellow!
